CLARIFIED MILK NY SOUR

  • 2 oz Bourbon

  • 3/4 oz Simple Syrup

  • 3/4 oz Lemon Juice

  • 1 oz Whole Milk

  • 1/2 oz Port (float)

Pour bourbon, simple syrup, and lemon juice into one glass and the whole milk into another glass. *Important* slowly pour the glass with bourbon, simple syrup, and lemon juice into the glass with whole milk (not the other way around!). Filter the mixture through a coffee filter (you can filter more than once for a clearer result). Pour into glass with ice and top with 1/2 oz of port.

WHISKEY SOUR

  • 2 oz Bourbon

  • 3/4 oz Simple Syrup

  • 3/4 oz Lemon Juice

  • Egg White (optional)

BOURBON & HONEY

  • 1 oz Lemon Juice

  • 1 oz Turmeric-Black Pepper Honey

  • 2 oz Bourbon

  • 3 drops Chili Oil

To make black pepper honey, simply stir honey and coarse black pepper together in a bowl.

APPLE CIDER OLD FASHIONED

  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice

  • 2.5 oz Apple Cider (Martinelli's Honey Crisp)

  • 2 oz Bourbon

  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

  • 1 Cherry

  • 1/4 oz Honey

  • 1 Cinnamon Stick

BOURBON LEGEND

  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup

  • 3/4 oz Lime Juice

  • 1/2 oz Cointreau

  • 1.5 oz Bourbon

  • 1 Egg White

PUERTO RICAN EGG NOG

  • 1 (5.5 oz) can Cream of Coconut

  • 1 (10 oz) can of Coconut Milk

  • 1 (14 oz) can Sweetened Condensed Milk

  • 1 (12 oz) can Evaporated Milk

  • 12 ounces of Saisan Pale Rum

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

  • 1/8 teaspoon Allspice

Throw all ingredients in a blender. Place in fridge overnight or freezer for 2 hours. Shake in bottle before serving. Garnish with cinnamon stick and/or powdered cinnamon on top.

MEZCALITA / MARGARITA

  • 2 oz Lime Juice

  • 3/4 oz Agave Nectar

  • 1.5 oz Cointreau

  • 2 oz Mezcal or Tequila

  • 1 dash Serrano bitters

LAVENDER MANHATTAN

  • 2 oz Brandy

  • 1 oz Dolin Vermouth Blanc

  • 2 drops Lavender Bitters

PINEAPPLE DAIQUIRI

  • 3/4 oz Simple Syrup

  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice

  • 1/2 oz Lime Juice

  • 2 oz Rum (Flor de Cana)

PINA COLADA ON THE ROCKS

  • 2 oz Rum (Flor de Cana)

  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice

  • 3/4 oz Cream of Coconut (Coco Lopez)

  • 1/4 oz Lime Juice

Garnish with pineapple wedge

DAIQUIRI

  • 3/4 oz Lime Juice

  • 3/4 oz Simple Syrup

  • 2 oz Rum (Flor de Cana)

PISCO SOUR

  • 2 oz Pisco

  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice

  • 1/2 oz Lime Juice

  • 3/4 oz Simple Syrup

  • 1 Egg White

  • 3 drops Angostura Bitters

Dry shake all ingredients, shake again with ice. Double strain into a coupe. Garnish with the bitters.
